What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is easier to use than most video conferencing platforms that have a bunch of hoops to jump through.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is great that anyone can use it, even through the browser if software issues occur.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security is not as strong as other products

Dont underestimate zoom, it has most features that more expensive alternatives have, from beauty filters to recording a meeting as a video

Zoom is very intuitive, and easy to use!!!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Everyone is also familiar with how to use it, so I rarely run into issues when sending links or calling people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A powerful video meeting tool is Zoom. Since 2017, I have been using it for my coaching business, and I would be unable to complete my work without it. My clients may record our sessions to their own computers and share them with me, so I no longer need to record and send them a copy. They can also easily share their screens with me. Additionally, I ADORE being able to mark their displays when sharing. It has significantly improved my capacity to guide my clients through various tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As I previously indicated, setting up Zoom meetings and integrating them with your Google Calendar frequently leads to a jumble of meeting URLs. I also find the terminology used to describe the various price tiers to be a little hazy and perplexing. Should I buy a Zoom Room? a permit? I'm not certain. Because of this, I continued using Zoom's free version, which has been good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For me, it is HUGE to be able to guide my clients through various tasks while using their OWN computers and accounts.
