What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Usability. Zoom is cross platform and this means it is usable on all devices. I am very most impressed that Zoom is able to maintain a constant quality whether I am using it from my mobile device or desktop application.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love Zooms multi person annotation experience. It makes group video meetings very interactive , which is most especially useful during brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom is everything I want from a video conference software solution . It is secured , reliable and it is devoid of distractive bells and whistles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great tool for video based remote collaboration .

Simple to use and useful for business meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Amazing program that makes it simple to communicate to others in a group and increase connectivity. In addition to its ease of use and intuitive design, zoom just does what it's supposed to. The connection is fairly reliable even when using less-than-ideal internet connections. The ability to edit videos with special effects is fantastic. The user's ability to swap between their mobile device and desktop computer is also cutting edge.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's great for business meetings because the host can mute and unmute individual attendees as needed while still accommodating a large group. If there are several people in the meeting, the audio quality will suffer until the video is muted. As a conference setting, there is also plenty of room for development. Usage is a breeze. Excellent for corporate gatherings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's easier to distinguish individual instrument tones, but Zoom's audio still has some issues. The inability to hear others or the presence of feedback is a problem when people aren't using headphones. I think it would be amazing if the webinar function was more reasonably priced. It looks excessive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's perfect for meetings where you want to chat to others and show them what you're seeing on your computer. Webinars are also useful because of the ease with which participants may share their screens and videos with one another.
