Screen sharing
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI/UX can be sometimes irritating like it is at times difficult to stop sharing the screen if you couldn't access the top floating panel.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
How well it integrates with third-party vendors and how its API can be used easily for further customization. Also unlike Google Meet zoom customer service team has been a tremendous help to our team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its background noise cancelation capability, and quality video transmission.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's no calendar management feature embedded in the product that can be shared with a customer or a coworker.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a reliable product to host your virtual events or business meetings zoom is the right one for you.

Zoom UI has a more modern feel

Would like to see some lead source tracking capabilities
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about what you want it for most. Zoom has video conferencing 'town hall' style formats or webinars. Classic webinar format. They've developed the webinar format to the point where it is quite competitive with other webinar software. At this point, because of the more modern UI I think it has become a forerunner.
