What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

There isn't a whole lot that differentiates Zoom from other similar products. One thing would be that it is standalone software, other than MS Teams, Zoom is really the only product that has its own desktop software. This might help performance issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find that the video call experience is the best aspect. It's usually high quality and rarely drops out, the software also handles well under tight bandwidths when on public wifi or on the train using personal hostspot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the User Interface the most with this product. While its a relatively simple product to use, I find the UI makes it unnecessarily complex and they could take ideas from products such as Google Meet in order to build something that is simple to use and looks good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strong recommend actually creating a Zoom account when using Zoom as it'll help you sync up your calendar properly and so when you have lots of meetings booked you don't just have to handle them inside Zoom but handle them with your relevant calendar.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

This platform has the option of allowing hosts to schedule and start meetings, in the same way participants can join meetings with the purpose of establishing collaboration through clear and simple voice, video and screen sharing functions, allowing each meeting must have at least one host, allowing chat sessions, calls and video calls

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this platform because it is very easy to use, in addition to being useful for holding a meeting, it allows chat sessions, calls and video calls, as for video conferencing, it successfully facilitates the participation of up to more than 500 people and up to 1000 viewers. This platform has the wonderful application which allows you to synchronize with your calendar and provide optimized business-level video conferences for any desktop computer and mobile devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike this platform at all, it is a platform designed to hold meetings with the hosts and their participants establishing a collaboration through voice, video and screen sharing functions, in which each meeting must have at least one host

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this platform for its practical, comfortable and very easy way to hold a meeting in which you must have a host and giving the opportunity to the participants to join meetings in order to establish the greatest collaboration through voice, video and use functions. Screen sharing, through videoconference, allows bidirectional, interactive exchange and in the best real time, video, audio and data as we would do through a face-to-face conversation, thus obtaining greater and better results.
