What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I like how the app works with my business G-suite. This implies that all meeting information is automatically located in my contacts list and added to my calendar. For me, this is what makes me stand out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jumping into a meeting is simple, and the scheduling and adding of participants features are effective. The audio just works, and screen sharing is great for teamwork, presentations, and webinars, making collaboration simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom may be a little restrictive for group conferences for new users, but it is well worth the subscription cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is so universal that it can be used on any device, whether for personal or professional use. To even use such competitors, there is no need to make sure the proper licences are obtained. With quick, simple controls and optionally more complex ones,

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Overall, I had a good experience with ZOOM. Through the application we are able to have team discussions, discuss ongoing project, presentation and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At this point, Zoom is universal enough that it's invaluable to be able to suggest a Zoom meeting with a client or even a stranger and know that all parties will easily be able to set up and communicate via the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Additional mute controls would be wonderful-the ability for a host to mute all if desired would help avoid the need for an additional admit moderating big calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ZOOM was able to provide all the extensive features we need at work, where other similar apps simply lacks most out of it.

Great file sharing tools

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was a savior of the Covid Era when everybody started moving to online platforms for business meetings. It has great file transfer features and all file formats are supported.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using the web version is as good as the desktop version. If I dont want to overload my machine, I use the web version.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering a small business conferencing solution, Zoom is for you.
