Clear audio an strong video quality. Steing screen share tool. Ease of use.

Secure room for communication. Easy to create meetings links and easy to join meetings. Allows for live recording of meetings.

Requires strong internet connection that is always available

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom does what others dont. You can have their web clients almost anywhere to connect with people you want to reach out to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very light and easy to use. Very intuitive features like background blurs. I think it was the first one to do so during the time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that I dislike really but Id love to see it coming up with latest features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to use a lightweight conferencing product and want to spend less compared to google/microsoft, its a no brainer to move to this product.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The consistency in audio/video quality is what stands Zoom apart from similar video meeting software. It does not matter the number of participants in a departmental or team meeting , Zooms bitrate encoding feature is able to adapt the Zoom software to varying video meeting conditions, ensuring that the quality in the course of a video meeting is maintained.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom integrates with practically every software that I am using at work. This makes it simple to connect with people , regardless of where they are or where I am at every given point.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom does not have an in-built closed captioning feature or tool. The absence of this creates an accessibility problem for people who need to follow team meetings in real time , but are not very skilled in the language being spoken.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Remote communication is an essential part of a successful interaction in any organization and Zoom is the software that I have come to trust for reliable video based communication.
