What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is very easy to use. The application does not need much learning. Once you glance it through you know how to start a meet and share it with you colleague / friends / family. Our business was a complete offline one till the time COVID hit us and then we realized that we can conduct our design meeting online with clients. The client loved the experience and it was a breeze to start the meeting. We had zero drop calls due to connectivity issues. All in all Zoom is clearly a differentiator with its ease of use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of sharing screen with the viewers is the favorite aspect of the product. While sharing the application asks you whether you want to share the entire screen or only a specific applcation, which is a blessing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat feature on Ipad is very troublesome. When you mistakenly click on a name and then type the message, the message is sent only to a particular user and not the entire group. You have to be a little careful or else your question may go unanswered

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As I said, Zoom needs no introduction. it has proven itself to be the best VoIP application in the market today. If you are considering buying this for your organization, I will recommend without a thought.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I can connect with stakeholders all over the world using Zoom. It offers a useful meeting scheduling feature. Can set up block calendars for the clients, and the tools for sharing a virtual background enable me to do so while working from home. helps me keep track of previous meetings and record video.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I enjoy best about it is that it makes it simple and effective for individuals to join in online meetings from their computers or mobile devices, wherever they are and whenever they want. One benefit is that it is very user-friendly, does not require software installation, is compatible with a variety of devices, and has other excellent features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a worker who frequently utilizes Zoom, I have discovered that it occasionally has a history of technical problems, such as audio and video disturbances. Meetings and other communications may be interrupted by this, which can be annoying. Furthermore, I've heard that Zoom has had security issues in the past, which is definitely something to keep in mind. Last but not least, I've discovered that Zoom's free edition has only a small amount of capability, so if you want to use all of the platform's capabilities, you might need to pay for a subscription. Overall, Zoom is a valuable tool for distant communication, albeit having some downsides.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For simpler conferences or webinars Zoom is a great alternative, it fits your budget, has all required set of features usually expected from a virtual meeting platform. Go for it.
