What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom allows us to effortlessly interact with consumers in real-time and enhance user experience. It is dependable and simple to use during conferences, live events, and meetings. Its most important feature is the capacity to broadcast meetings to audiences live. Your enjoyment of other features is thereby significantly increased. This includes live polling, screen sharing, audio and video recording, and other features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To single out one thing as the finest is difficult. This program is available on all popular platforms thanks to the work of the Zoom team. Zoom offers the tools necessary for webinars and online conference calls, which I appreciate. I like how you can display your screen, connect to someone else's screen and control it, write on slides, and do many other things in addition to being a video communication option for the current world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom Cloud Meetings differ in some areas. Some have a session completion time limit of 40 minutes, and zoom can occasionally be very slow. They must have worked hard to create a fresh UI/UX given how dated it appears in current developments. Free sessions are permitted for a maximum of one hour.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It provides a range of in-meeting capabilities that make it easy for our team to communicate and collaborate. Due to its straightforward design and superb controls, Zoom is a great program for both adults and kids. Connecting with clients from other organizations or team members within the same organization gives a user-friendly, intuitive interface.

A good product for large list meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is way lighter, participants management is more clear and handles more participants on the call way better
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The recordings features works well as well as it's integration with Google Calendar works great
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screen freezing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In terms of technical quality, Zoom is a product that works pretty well and gets the main job done properly. However, the fact that you need to install an app to use it and the constant request for re-login makes it feel a bit like an old-school piece of software. Nowadays all of these types of products are mostly "web-based" without the need for any potential installation.
