Most reliable and easy to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It works more consistently than other video conferencing products. I seem to have the least issues connecting (compared to WebEX or Teams). It's also the most intuitive and simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Functionality, ease of use, quality of video, consistency of connection

The screen-sharing feature is better than its competitors.

How simple and user-friendly it is, when I first used it it wasn`t hard at all to understand it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks some customization options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try, you may like it as I do, it's probably the best option for video conferencing there is.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom excels very well in the area of collaboration. It integrates with key third party software solutions used within organizations, and even integrates with my personal Calendar. With Zoom, I can chat privately during video meetings , I can share my screen and even annotate documents simultaneously with other people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom provides a recording feature for our video meetings. This allows for easy referencing of video meeting discussions for people who weren't physically present, during team meetings . Zoom takes it a step further, by allowing text content of recorded meeting transcripts to be easily searchable. Thus, eliminating the need to endlessly scroll through text, when looking for specific conversations that took place in a past meeting event.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom lacks a closed captioning function. The absence of this greatly limits video meeting experiences, especially for a few team members who struggle with language barriers or hearing impairment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zooms ease of use and overall efficiency is the reason why it is the top dog , as far as team video meetings are concerned globally. This is the reason why I recommend it.
