What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is unique with its breakout rooms and built in whiteboard, which I haven't seen in other video conferencing platforms (google meet, microsoft teams).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Zoom Pro license, which my company uses, provides transcripts (perfect for those who cannot attend or have difficulties hearing), as well as an ability to integrate with CRM and marketing tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom is priced significantly higher than its competitors (more than triple), such as Google Workspace.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do research on the various Zoom plans - each is different and includes different capabilities, which are very specific to suit your business needs.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is one of the smoothest videoconferencing tools I have used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It loads up very quickly and is light on my computer's RAM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom can get a bit laggy at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just to make sure that Zoom's functions are all you need.
