What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has changed the landscape of our work by making it easy for us to connect and meet together, regardless of whether we have a smartphone, tablet, or PC. We use Zoom for our company meetings, and I appreciate how simple it is to use, it has a great feature of muting the audience, which is very useful in our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The sound and picture quality is crisp and clear, and it gives me the option to interact during the meeting, such as using the chat feature and background filters. Zoom is used on a daily basis in our organization, and it allows us to stay connected in a hybrid environment, which is essential for us to be productive and work together effectively, even when we are in different locations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing Major. However, when someone is sharing their screen, it automatically goes to full-screen mode without the user's knowledge, which can be frustrating when I am working on something else on a different screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a versatile product that can be used for meetings of any size, regardless of the number of people. I have used Zoom for both personal and professional work, and it has worked well in all scenarios.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It allows users to add virtual backgrounds during video calls and this can help to add a professional touch to the call or hide what you don't want other people to see.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The breakout rooms feature that allows me to split participants when hosting a meeting into smaller groups for breakout sessions, making it easy to conduct team work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far Zoom has been a great tool for video conferencing and I have not met any downsides. I highly recommend.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should give it a try. Users can easily join and participate in meetings, video chats and webinars from their computers, tablets or mobile phones.
