What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is very simple to use and simple for someone who is not tech-savvy to learn. The breakout room feature is the best part, and it can be used either by the hosts to assign guests or by the guests themselves. Beautiful!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The secret to productivity is zoom. It includes all necessary elements for conducting business on a daily basis, such as meetings, short calls, and instant chats. You can have simultaneous conversations with one or more people. With the help of the cross-platform app Zoom, you can conduct phone calls while away from your laptop or computer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom's disadvantage is that it requires a reliable internet connection and lots of bandwidth to operate, which is problematic for people with sporadic or unreliable internet access.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is the preferred option for external collaboration in my company because it is widely known and accepted, and we use it for internal video communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It offers up to 40 minutes for new users and it also allows to record meetings in free plan also while all other software provide this feature with paid plans only.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has good interface . Any device can be used to host meetings with zoom. it also has many great features like There is a zoom plugin for web browser that allow you to view all of your scheduled appointments and receive notifications for messages,files,etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are many limits on zoom on meeting duration that is the only thing what i dislike about zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommended zoom to all my colleagues because it is complete and great tool for meetings.
