What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The quality of the software is good. The calls and videos have not lag and they work seamlessly You can also toggle views when on calls to see the total members who have joined a call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that you can toggle and see the number of people and participants on a call. Also the fact that the video and audio works seamlessly well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transfer of files from one person to another can have a little glitch at times. The format changes and the font also changes at times. The Hands up Feature to talk is never highlighted during calls. No one will look at it during a call. This is never noticed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I do not have a count of who has not joined the call. I wish that was a feature which could have been added.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is user friendly and very easy to use. It's very easy when you want to make video calls with many users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Light interface, no need to look up for finding what you want
What do you dislike most about this product?
For desktop version it's uncomfortable to log in from browser.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make easy muting microfone. I recommend to put hot keys for it.
