It's simple and lightweight video calling software

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's simple to set up and use, and the free account gives us 45 minutes of one-on-one meeting time. Both file sharing and screen sharing are simple to set up. Zoom can be relied upon to do what it says it will. I have never had trouble connecting to or phoning into this platform. If the link I provide is still active, I know that it will be used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since most SMBs don't require such linkages, Zoom is a great problem-solving tool for them. With zoom, you may start using it right away. The software can be used by those with no background in IT as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For me, the major drawback to using Zoom is that it does not work with other programs I already use, such as Zoho Freshdesk and Microsoft Azure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even if the participant is using a slow internet connection, the video and audio will still be of a high standard. It allows me to talk to my team without worrying about our conversation being cut off or interrupted.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a very reliable product which offers quality over quantity. It's ease to navigate user interface makes it unique among its competitors. Also given that almost everyone has interacted with Zoom in one way or other, its very easy to get anyone to join a meeting without them installing another product or learning to use one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the super simple user interface. It's intuitive and you can get a lot done with simply a few clicks. Apart from that the reliability of the user interface is probably one of the most important aspects, everything does what it's supposed to without all that hassle which is commonplace among other products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Downside of having a simple user interface is that features may be a bit lacking compared to its competitors. I'd have liked free cloud storage for meetings which other products offer, but it certainly is far from a deal-breaker.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a simple reliable video conferencing app, Zoom might be the product for you. I'd suggest giving free trial a try and see how it suits your professional needs.
