A standard web conferencing tool

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We have been using online meeting tools more frequently due to the coronavirus crisis, but I feel that zoom is the easiest to use, and the communication is stable, changes the background freely and mirrors the screen.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom seems to be the most intuitive and easy-to-use web conferencing system. It can be used from the URL or the application. There is a passcode configuration, which makes the security robust. The line is stable even when sharing data during a web conference. We use ZOOM to have an internal web conference or a web meeting with a client; seminars and conferences can be held conveniently. ZOOM meetings are more accessible than face-to-face meetings because they can be carried anywhere with a good communication environment, making it easy to schedule employee meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Chat fields are complex to type, line breaks are impossible and occur in strange places.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Today, as client visits have decreased and people have moved to work from home, it is helpful as a crucial remote communication tool. There is also a chat function to memorize meeting content or send a message when you leave your desk.
