Breakout rooms - Splitting into smaller meeting rooms is an amazing feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing but I think it'd be good to have a file sharing solution integrated.

It's very easy to use by anyone.

It's a more robust video call, lot's of features available.

The whiteboard and the integrations available with other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit hard to hold calls with people on Androids, who may not have it installed.

Defninitely worth the hype, it's a fantastic solution for business settings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The fact that I can hold an online conference at any time of day or night, from any location, using either my phone or computer, is the feature I appreciate the best. The fact that it can be used on a variety of devices, requires no special setup, and is incredibly user-friendly are just a few of its many benefits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom's streamlined meeting-planning process and, in particular, its Internet-based sharing capabilities, breakout-room chat and messaging after the meeting is finished, whiteboard functionality, and compatibility with other applications (like Fathom) are all features I much appreciate. When it comes to virtual meetings, Zoom is the undisputed industry standard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom's potential downfall is that it works best with a constant and robust internet connection. Problems with connectivity, such as lag, delays, or lost calls, may be annoying at best and downright unpleasant at worst. There have been some concerns raised about security and privacy using Zoom, but the firm has worked to solve these issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can set up meetings quickly and effortlessly, and the built-in chat box makes it simple to discuss relevant topics throughout the call, even if you're a complete newbie. As I mentioned before, it may be annoying when we're in the middle of doing work on a different screen and someone starts sharing their screen during a Zoom sesión
