What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

All departments in our organization use Zoom on a regular basis. We use the program to provide training recordings, display them on screen, and conduct sales calls or any other type of conference call with current or potential customers. We use the Zoom video calling application to converse with one or several people. It is very useful to us everywhere. It is obvious that Zoom helps us save time, which also helps us save money. Nowadays, we have fewer callbacks with recordings, while the number of quality screen-sharing conversations is increasing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love using screen sharing for data analysis classes and conferences. Screen sharing is important for training, but being able to do so when displaying an analytics report to a client is a significant advantage for the client. We can look at the reports side-by-side and accurately understand what each of the sections mean without having to describe in words the graphs or statistical ranges. When we train a client on a new project, we cover a lot of time, because of the zoom call recordings, we avoid having to answer follow-up phone calls to explain how to perform a specific element of the project we are training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be an added bonus if the platform employed more "fun" options, such as emojis or screen effects. Sometimes they are not appropriate, but when they are, it is a great way to improve the atmosphere in the business world. It would be helpful if the Zoom app could connect to more web pages. This is probably already being done, but I think it is better to expand the project to cover a larger number of people. At present, this has increased, however, this is an area where there should be no technological compatibility issues. Usually, a technical drawback is irregular audio or video.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is ideal for conference calls. Specifically where training and explanations of current client reports are conducted. It is less recommended for one-on-one conversations with colleagues and superiors. Zoom is useful for most people, whether they are participating or not, whether they are recording or not. In order for everyone to be on the same page, tools are necessary. With the tools that the Zoom application has, it is possible to conduct calls, conversations and meetings efficiently. The zoom function in our program has allowed us to communicate more effectively with clients.

I don't have anything I dislike. It does everything I want it to do!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that they don't hesitate on utilizing Zoom for their business. It is an essential tool in today's environment.
