A great conferencing tool

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
What makes Zoom different is its ease of use and the ability to connect with people around the world no matter where they are.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that you can share your screen and collaborate in real time with other people in the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don't like is that sometimes there can be connection problems and transmission delays.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, I would recommend Zoom because it's an easy-to-use and customizable tool that allows you to connect with people around the world in real time.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom provides a robust set of capabilities and features that enables one to customize the experience to a fairly granular level, relative to major competitors. In addition, they offer a high degree of security that makes participants feel digitally safe utilizing the platform
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very robust and stable video conferencing capabilities. Video quality is always very high and rarely do we experience any A/V issues during a call, unless it's bandwidth related. Audio is also more consistently stable vs. most competitors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very little to dislike, however, requiring to download the app to use on a mobile device does introduce more friction when participants have not used Zoom in that manner before. Google Meets makes this easy with one click sign on, though I'm sure that has an impact on the UX and security Zoom provides vs. Meets/Teams etc,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The decision to go with Zoom vs. competitors lay in a few decision points: - How cost sensitive are you? - Is this for customer/prospect facing interactions or mostly for personal/internal meetings? - How much do you value security? - How important is the overall UI/UX in the execution of your virtual meetings? Answers to the above questions provide a decision matrix input for one to assess which direction to go, based on the weighting one places on each category. For me, if your answers are No, Customer/Prospect, Higly & Very, then the decision to select Zoom is crystal clear.
