What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has few added features which competitors does not provide like we can mute all other participants, easy audio video conferencing, handle large audience easily and has a option of screen recording.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can mute or unmute everyone to avoid disturbance in sessions and meetings, people can send messages anonymously to the host or any other person.
What do you dislike most about this product?
as of now nothing as I am using this from past 4 years.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
highly recommended to use as it has lots of added features which competitors does not have.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have been using Zoom for a long time now and it has been the simplest platform for me compared to others we have evaluated. One of the best things about it is that it supports BYOD and consumes low bandwidth, which makes it easy to use on mobile devices as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When our customers face any issues with our products, they open a ticket with us and we use Zoom to organize a meeting to debug the problem by taking remote access to their system. The audio option on Zoom helps us to be on top of the issue with the customer while also providing clarity even with less data bandwidth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have only experienced a few minor issues, nothing we couldn't handle. Overall the platform has been amazing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my experience, Zoom has been the go-to method for communication, especially during the current work-from-home scenario in most companies. The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored. I have not found a scenario where Zoom is not appropriate, and I highly recommend it.
