Great software with audio issues + a bit pricey

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's the to-go software that most corporate people are familiar with, and the most robust. Being the industry standard and market leader means most people have already downloaded Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The screenshare feature and that you can also take over someone's computer via remote control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Constant audio connection issues. Many clients would encounter some sort of connection issue where the sound wouldn't connect properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's worth it. Everyone has Zoom any way, it's the most convenient tool to use for your business calls.
