What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The user interface is very simple and neat. And mostly importantly the quality of video calling is exceptional when compared to other tools. My favourite feature is the functionality where the recordings of the meetings are saved in cloud. This has helped me download my recordings at time and at any place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The breakout room feature has helped us a lot in our organization. And most importantly the feature where the meeting recordings are stored on cloud has been very beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using zoom in PC is an amazing experience but using the same on a mobile phone is pretty hard to use since the UI is little hard since I had to navigate to a few places here and there was my opinion. But that can be improved soon

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Most of its features such as web conferencing, screen sharing and whiteboard tools can be availed without a premium subscription, so its a win win situation for the user. Also, it's extremely user friendly and does not have any complex UI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User friendliness - you can rely on this app for the convenience it offers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the app/calls crashes midway so that can be a little frustrating at times
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hands down, one of the most amazing and reliable apps for your vendor/client management. It has all the right features with amazing quality and consistency. Streamlines your work and helps you in maintaining coordination with your partners. You can try its free features such as whiteboard before proceeding to the subscription.
