It has a great customer support team for any issues related to video conferencing and also it has an open developer platform where we can build any custom integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is that it has an open developer platform for better functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike its partner learning centre which needs better resources for customers to understand the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the platform for client oriented enterprises who need a world class video conferencing software.

Zoom provides breakout room functionality, which allows meeting hosts to create smaller groups within a larger meeting. This is useful for facilitating discussions or group activities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom has implemented several security features to protect the privacy and confidentiality of its users. These include meeting passwords, waiting rooms, and the ability to control participant access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike as per my knowledge and experience.
