What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is a best product as compare to Skype or Microsoft teams and other similar products in my opinion because i like its video feature much useful as compare to other similar products. The voice quality of zoom is also fantastic and better as compare to other softwares. Zoom has many useful features like screen sharing, file sharing and chat features as well. This is the best product that is being used around the globe for online webinars, interviews, meetings and one to one interaction as well as group interactions. Zoom is highly recommendable for audio and video calls and meetings. It is most popular product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is one of the best products. Zoom has number of features that are favourite features of its users. I like its almost all features. Video meeting is one of my favourite sspect of this product. Besides video meetings, i like its audio feature. Audio calls are also wonderful and this feature works great. There are multiple other features of Zoom product that are my favourite aspects of this product, for example, its file sharing, screen sharing, chat feature, control feature, hand raising feature etc are its best features. I am using it since long and i can not compare it with any other product because it is simply best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its session goes to an end within 40 to 45 minutes. I am talking about unpaid version. It would be much better to extend its time upto 60 minutes. It is the most effective and best product for that reason i recommend to minimize its cost for paid version. I don't find anything else that forces me to write against this best product. Moreover its audio and video quality may further be enhanced. It becomes worst when more people join the video session. Besides these minor issues, zoom product is best and have minimum features to be disliked by anyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is the best product for audio meetings with a large group and even best for video meetings. It is the best product for both audio and video online webinars, online interviews, online meetings with short as well as large group of members. I recommend all to consider zoom product for audio video calls. There are features like screen sharing, file sharing, chat and other useful and effective features that motivate me to recommend this product to all the audio video online call lovers. It is highly recommended for all to consider zoom product without any hesitation and doubt in mind.

Features like annotations, polls, breakout rooms, whiteboards, etc help in engaging with the audience in a more interactive manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom provides very good audio and video quality during virtual meetings. It is useful in connecting with clients and audiences who are not present in person at the meeting location. Zoom meetings can be joined from all types of devices. It provides a variety of features for increasing user engagement amongst the meeting participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The existing live captioning feature is not efficient and provides inaccurate text sometimes. Apart from this, Zoom has been very useful for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using Zoom for both small and large organizations as it makes collaborating with teammates and clients virtually and effectively.
