I think these are the features. Zoom is one the most popular products used by any company for business communications. So may similar but Zoom is the most friend users I think is the best for beginners, Overall Zoom is one the best for video conference meeting for businesses.

Friendly users, a beginner, can easily understand how this product works. Commonly used by some company for communication for their clients and employees, you can even make a presentation here creating a slide show by sharing screen to others,

So far nothing I can say maybe the price, But I think upgrading gives you more features so why not,

Another factor which add to the ease of these online meetings is the fact that Zoom is supported on a wide range of devices, from laptops, smartphones to tablets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is the high quality video and audio facilities. I have used multiple video conferencing products, and Zoom by far has the one the highest video and audio quality features. This is a very important aspect, especially when today a lot of the organizations are preferring to work remotely. Another feature I like is the breakout room, where the main meeting can be broken down into smaller ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Zoom is a great option for a video/audio conferencing product, there are some cons to using it. The user needs to ensure that their internet connection is stable since Zoom depends heavily on a strong internet connection. To ensure that the quality of your audio and video do not decrease, the user needs to be connected to a good internet connection throughout. Another thing is the time limit for meetings in the free version. At time the users might feel that the time available is less, and will therefore need to move to the paid version.
