The right solution for business e-meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's core product is what we need. Other companies launch products for video conferencing but it is not its core product. As for other companies that the video conferencing IS their core product they lack the visibility and popularity that zoom have. So I always found the the client has zoom on their device meanwhile if I mentioned P2p.chat for example they didn't hear about it before even it's an open source and free software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can launch the app whenever I want and record what I want. It's easy without complication. I don't use it for video conferencing only but I use it also for my YouTube tutorials when I just share the screen and record my voice without appearing with my face.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UX needs improvement. Like the place of the button of share screen. I always explain to my peer where they can find it. Almost in all the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a constant need for video conferencing & business e-meeting software especially for e-meetings more than 40 minutes like me. Then Zoom is the solution you looking for.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is user friendly software as compared to other products. Further, screen sharing by host is very efficient feature provided by this software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Instant messaging with team members. HD video and audio calls and document sharing. In addition to the above screen sharing option is very unique and helpful feature while communicating in seminars.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Host needs to disabled every person mute mic while presentations. Stable internet connection is needed else disconnecting will be irritated while senior management is involved in the meeting. Zoom mobile features is not up to the mark.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is very helpful for communication and for meetings, conferences. Zoom is cost effective software which will reduce company cost and return on investment.
