I think the app itself whether on mobile or desktop is very convenient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Video quality matched to internet connection almost always.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I was not liking the 40 minute limit but now I am in paid plan
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think everyone uses this tool free plan and they might not be well aware of the capabilities.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The audio setup options, and the reliability, with Zoom you can setup different mic and speakers and switch with no issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's the most reliable I've tried so far, and it seems the easiest to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The classroom option, I find it terrible and unprofessional, I hope it was deleted so we never have to use it again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this product to anyone working remotely or that needs to do VOIP calls. It's very reliable.
