What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It just works. We rarely have any issues, it doesn't force us into a specific universe. Just works, we can invite customers from all around the globe, on their phones, or other devices. Great tool making my life so much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The non video capabilities. We often times will message or direct message within the zoom session. Helping to strategize and tag team appropriately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom fatigue is real, but that would be true regardless of the meeting software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just do it. Buy it. make life easier. Integrate with your environment to one click meeting and call it good!

Zoom is excellent and easy-to-use. We enage our 1,400+ members across the U.S. in daily meetings. It's terrific for networking and bringing everyone together from different cities.

It's easy for all members to use.

I like everything.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Best part of Zoom is, you would never feel a lag whether you are in a meeting with 10 people or 300.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot say dislike but Microsoft team works better with Microsoft Office and other tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
