What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The user friendliness of the product created the lowest barrier to entry. The interface is simple and easy to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen sharing is my go to feature I use it daily to work with my team and external partners. Many of us are visual learners and being able to see our tools all at once on the screen to talk through our plans helps us move the work along more efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not always clear when new features roll out so I don't always get to take advantage of new features that could be enhancing my experience

It's a solid reliable video conference platform.
