What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
the simplicity of joining meetings is remarkable; With just one click on the meeting link, I'm in, no need for long login processes or complicated setup.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how intuitive it is to start or schedule a meeting. I don't have to worry about instructing participants on how to use the platform; Even those with limited technology skills can join meetings seamlessly thanks to the clear and simple interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the consumption of system resources, especially on older computers or those with limited specifications. I have noticed that during long meetings or meetings with many participants, my computer slows down and the battery drains faster.

Intuitive software from a clear market leader
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom video conferencing software has an intuitive user interface and is easy to use with little or no training. The software allows meetings for a few people, or a few hundred people. The facilitator and screen sharing controls become more important as your meeting size grows. This software has quickly become a market leader that others try to emulate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the virtual background and blurred background capabilities of the desktop version of Zoom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I experience issues with screen sharing and audio controls, and have to restart my Zoom meeting. The issues seem to occur on the desktop platform when I have pre-scheduled my meeting. Facilitator login differs when you click on the Zoom meeting link versus starting the meeting from the facilitator's account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try the free version first, and learn what added capabilities are available with a paid license. If you routinely hold meetings more than 40 minutes long, or if you hold meetings with a very large number of people, you will need a paid license. Small businesses, consultants, and freelance workers may find that the free version or a minimal paid license works well. Before you select software, determine--and document--your needs. Learn about the ease of implementation and ease of use for the types of users that will work with the software. Select software that fits the users' needs and your organization's budget.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Efficient Service
