What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
File transfer and remote screen control are really helpful!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent audio/video quality. It is extremely useful for huge meetings and webinars. It handles them without latency. Features include file sharing and remote screen control for remote support, as well as a clean and smooth user interface. Add-ons, such as annotation, are available for a fee and can enhance presentations and virtual learning. They have made significant security improvements. The smartphone version is smooth and provides the most key functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. The premium version is quite expensive. 2. Also, the free version could use with an extension of the meeting time from 40 minutes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Seamless auto and video calls makes zoom better than other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When 5 team members are connecting or 50, zoom works very smoothly. Secondly. control sharing is an amazing feature on screenshare.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing which I can say at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you organisation allows, you must use zoom for your audio/video calls, delivering training, and virtual meets.
