What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
For me, it is the popularity of Zoom among professionals. My job role has sometimes required me to collaborate and work remotely with employees of partnering organizations and every of such professionals whom I have worked with , used Zoom as their main video conferencing software. This popularity of Zoom and the general acceptability among users is what differentiates the platform from all other alternative or substitutes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I cherish Zoom's ability to provide a smooth video conferencing experience for me on mobile devices and its built-in collaboration tools. While the latter makes it convenient for me to join or initiate video conference calls from about any location, the former makes it possible to brainstorm with my team-mates remotely over video conference calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The last time I encountered any major issue with the Zoom platform was at the height of the covid lockdowns, when we had uninvited users crash group video meetings, This was not a rare occurrence on Zoom at the time and was eventually resolved. Since then, I can say my Zoom experience has generally been a smooth sail.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is just the common-sense video conference option for most organizations and even small teams. This is because most professioanls are already familiar with it. Therefore, an adopting organization need not spend so much resources, training staffs to use the software.
