What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy to setup where you can decide either to use the web application or to access online meeting through the website browser. What makes Zoom easy, is the ability to share your screen without any interruption even when you are connected to a poor internet connection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the recording feature because I can record my meetings and then share with team on video on demands, as well the tool is pricey and works well on my device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is unresponsive customer care team, they do not respond to questions on time, Zoom mobile application is too slow and would crush when we are in a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this tool because it works well for me and does not cost a lot of money.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is amazing. I got introduced to this in COVID! It worked as a saviour for everyone! It was so easy to connect with students just by sharing a meeting ID and password! Right from sharing screen, bring able to download class attendance, making face to face calls with students, knowing their reactions, whiteboard, messaging everything was just so easy and smooth! Work from home became easy because of this blissful software! Sharing assignments, receiving home work, taking tests and exams was a matter of click! Virtual classrooms and meeting rooms helped teachers to connect with their students, employees with their bosses and teams
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To get connected for a meeting all you need is a working internet connection and meeting id and password!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lags a lot! They can have more features specific to industry that they cater to! Like for teachers they can have assignment turn ins.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a must try software! Try a free version of it to get a hang of it and then go for the paid license
