Zoom helps me with online meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is good and provide me with enough security for online meeting where only members allowed to join the meeting can access the meeting link. Also the recording feature which allows recording longer online meeting videos makes zoom a professional online meeting tool which saves us time writing minutes
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like about Zoom is the whiteboards, they are easy to use to present ideas and mind map ideas with the audience for a quicker decision making. On top, Zoom has a good pricing plan which does not affect our ROI
What do you dislike most about this product?
After recording the meeting, the tool takes a lot of time to process the video of offline exporting and Zoom does not offer live chat support making it hard to report technical issues to the support team
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would recommend Zoom because it is cheap and easy to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is cheaper, fast and a lot other functionality such as option to share and freeze the screen share. Schedule, create own I'd and one stop solution to all the meeting needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whiteboard and options to draw and present is the coolest feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much, there should be some improvement related to sso and remember the device.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research and consider accordingly.
