What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's reliable and user friendly for audio/ video calls and it's AI generated call summary and whiteboard feature stand it's out from others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, AI generated summary for call and it's audio and video quality even in the low bandwidth network are my favorites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike mostly the limited customization and feels rigid in some features compare to it's competitor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'll recommend to the org specially for hosting the webinar, it's phone integration feature and not just for the video/ audio calls.

My favorite aspect of Zoom is its ease of use and seamless functionality across various platforms. Whether I'm using it on a desktop or mobile device, the interface is intuitive, and the features like screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and breakout rooms enhance the overall meeting experience. It's incredibly reliable, even with large groups or international calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Zoom is the occasional audio and video lag during larger meetings, especially when there are network connectivity issues. Additionally, while Zoom offers great features, some of them, like advanced reporting or administrative controls, can feel a bit complex to set up and manage for new users or smaller organizations.
