What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
during a meeting, i can launch a poll to ask a question to the audience. this is a great way to keep people engaged, especially in a large meeting or a webinar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i love that i can see the results of the poll in real-time. i can also share the results with the audience. it is a great way to get quick feedback or to check for understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
you have to set up the poll questions before the meeting starts. you can't create them on the fly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
use polls to make your presentations more interactive and less of a one-way lecture.

The security has improved a lot.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
A few years ago, zoom had a lot of security problems. but they have worked very hard to fix them. now, it has features like waiting rooms and encryption. it is much more secure than it was before.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the waiting room feature. it gives me control over who can join my meeting. i can see who is waiting and decide to let them in. it prevents random people from "zoombombing" my meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is still a bit confusing to find all the security settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you use the waiting room and a passcode for all your important meetings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom integrates with Google calendar to fetch zoom meetings reminders in my Google calendar and does not have technical issue of the tool, customising it and connecting it with other solution was straightforward
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part of Zoom is the zoom recording feature which is very easy to use to record meetings for future references and also the zoom meetings rooms with virtual backgrounds
What do you dislike most about this product?
No issue with zoom works well for me and has no technical knowledge to use
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the solution
