What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy to use video conferencing/ meeting software. Its simplicity, scalability and reliability offering lightweight interface, consistence performance even with low band width differ it from other similar products. it can handle meeting, webinars and large virtuals events seamlessely.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect of zoom is ease of use and reliability. even non technical user can join and host meetings smoothly without complicated setup
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security and privacy concerns
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i would recommend enabling security features like waiting room and passwords. keeping the app updates with timely updates.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
when i am in a zoom meeting, my computer's fan starts running like crazy. it seems to use a lot of cpu and memory, especially if there are many people on video.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i like the quality of the video, and i understand that this requires a lot of processing power. the app is very stable and rarely crashes, which is good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it can make my computer very slow and it drains my laptop battery very fast.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try to close other applications on your computer when you are in a long zoom call.

during a meeting, i can launch a poll to ask a question to the audience. this is a great way to keep people engaged, especially in a large meeting or a webinar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i love that i can see the results of the poll in real-time. i can also share the results with the audience. it is a great way to get quick feedback or to check for understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
you have to set up the poll questions before the meeting starts. you can't create them on the fly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
use polls to make your presentations more interactive and less of a one-way lecture.
