What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
From a marketing perspective, Zoom has been my favourite product to brand for ourselves and make an online event "our own".
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to have a branded waiting room.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The video and audio can be inconsistent with quality and sync - without an apparent solution behind it (ex. "just a bug"). Can be quite frustrating when it occurs because there's no fix other than trying to restart Zoom itself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very likely depending on what they need it for.

the virtual backgrounds are so much fun.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
this was one of the first tools to have really good virtual backgrounds. this is a fun difference that makes zoom more popular. you can hide your messy room and pretend you are on a beach in hawaii. it is a great feature that makes video calls a little less serious and a bit more fun.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i love that i can upload my own custom backgrounds. i have a background with my company's logo on it, and i use it for all my professional meetings. it looks very professional and it is great for branding. it is also just fun to change the background to something silly for a call with friends.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it does not work very well if you dont have a green screen behind you. the edges can look a bit weird.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you want to look professional or just have some fun, you should definitely use the virtual background feature.
