Zoom is different as it is very easy to use and doesn't require much setup to host meetings. Additionally, people can join meetings through web, app or any other device without even having to log in. It also has really good video and audio quality and functions very smoothly even in low bandwidth conditions. It offers many features like breakout rooms, AI companion and other features through marketplace that similar products lack.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the breakout rooms as they help me in managing sessions, workshops and team meetings and allow for short groups leading to more interactive discussions. Additionally, I really like the ability of assigning rooms even before the meetings and being able to broadcast messages and monitor the rooms in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that you need to purchase add-ons even for simple features like the Zoom scheduler. I believe this feature should have been included in the base plan as it is quite essential.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to perform a thorough needs assessment to see how many licenses you need. Also, I would urge people in the education sector to take advantage of the education plans.
