What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

"Zoombombing" used to be fun, but Zoom Office has definitely put a stop to it. It is more safer now than it was years ago. Because of the end-to-end encryption options, we feel safe chatting about private information. It now feels like a business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the "suspend participant activities" panic button. If something goes wrong, I can immediately turn it all off. It's nice to be able to lock a meeting after everyone has arrived. When screen sharing contain watermarks, people are less inclined to capture screenshots of private material. The management panel gives you a lot of control over what users can and can't do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The default protection settings can be a little too strict. People occasionally become stuck in the waiting area or have difficulties with their passcodes since the rules are so rigorous.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to discuss about private information or the law, Zoom is now safe to utilize. Just check that the settings are right. If you put it up right, you can use it for HIPAA-compliant discussions.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I use Zoom Workplace because it provides breakout rooms, which are great for me as a business trainer. This is also in Teams, but Zoom's is easier to follow. I can give individuals jobs automatically or by hand, and I can send notes to all the rooms at once. It performs an excellent job at teaching classes. It doesn't take long or much effort to get from the main room to the meeting rooms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I can go from one room to another to check on things. People who are taking part also have a "ask for help" button that lets me know when they are having trouble. The timers in the conference rooms help everything stay on track. I really appreciate the new "immersive view," which makes it feel like everyone is in a real classroom. I really enjoy that it's not like the normal "grid view."

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that there is a countdown timer that you can't skip when the meeting rooms are full. We have to wait the right period of time, which is usually 60 seconds. I want everyone back right away sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you organize classes, workshops, or training events, this is the only tool you should consider about. Managing sub-groups is easier than managing full groups. It gives you the power of a real school on the internet.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The reason why i rate Zoom as the best virtual communication platform is because it saves us a lot of money especially someone like me working in a renote area i am able to collaborate and run my organization smoothly through zoom. I am able to hold team meetings everyday and i am able to pass what i want and also get feedback. The platform serves as a social operating system, connecting people, processes and data seamlessly all in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it's capacity to establish collaborative micro-spaces within a unified environment ranging from project specific rooms to communities of practice. This makes it possible to manage a wide variety of initiatives without distupting the overall user experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom has brought up together all my team members and co-workers to work in a collaborative environment hence we're able to achieve a lot in one Workspace while delivering to our customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a true definition of true collaboration with persistent Workspace.
