What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We like Zoom Workplace since it has an app store. We use Jira and Asana apps that are already in the meeting window. It's a lot better than having to open different tabs in your browser. This manner, the meeting turns into a place to get things done instead of just speak. One of the best aspects about the program is that it automates the job flow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that the "timer" app helps me keep everyone on track during the meeting. Google Drive and Dropbox make it easy to show files without needing to download them first. Over time, the whiteboard has changed to include sticky notes and templates that save themselves to the cloud. It now seems like a complete set for working together. You can also use video clips for changes that happen at different times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be challenging to remember all of these apps. Sometimes, the side bar gets too congested with plug-ins and chat windows. It can feel a little cramped on a smaller notebook screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company uses a number of SaaS apps, Zoom's connections are ideal. You should explore around the markets for tools that fit with how you work, I think. It changes zoom from a phone replacement to a dashboard for getting things done.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom Office just feels more stable than Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, even when your internet connection isn't the best. When I use other tools, I often get a robotic voice or a screen that won't move, but zoom works great when my speed is low. The standard is there for a reason, and clients rarely don't know how to use it. This makes it very quick and easy to start meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sound and video clarity is what I like most. The background noise cancellation is great even without a fancy microphone. I can type on my keyboard or have a fan going close and no one will hear me. With the team chat right next to the meeting planner, the new layout is also very clean. This makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Sharing my screen is clear, and it's easy to share sound, which is great for video shows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the constant changes at all. It seems like the app wants to update and restart every time I open it to join a meeting quickly. When I just want to quickly join a call, the pop-ups for new features can get in the way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the tool you need if you need one that works 99% of the time without any problems. It works great for jobs where you need to be available to clients all the time and can't have link drops. I suggest it for sales teams and consultants who need to be seen as professional.
