What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I have to answer calls on my phone because I'm often driving. The best app for phones is the Zoom Workplace app. The Teams app for mobile devices is slow and crowded, but Zoom works well with mobile internet. I often use the driving mode to stay safe. I can use the big stop button without looking at the screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can easily move a meeting from my phone to my PC when I get to my home office. I just have to click a button to switch devices. I don't have to hang up and pick up again. It's also amazing how well cell phones can block out noise from other things. When I talk on the phone in airports and coffee shops, people don't even notice the noise in the background. You can also use pinch-to-zoom on your phone to see shared screens clearly, which is a nice touch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The settings menu on the phone is a little hard to get to. I have to tap too many times to get to the place where I can change my virtual background or music settings. Sometimes, mobile chat message alerts can take a long time to get to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a field sales team or remote workers who move, this is how to do it. 4G/5G is more reliable than its competitors. People who can't always be at work need this.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

When we make podcasts or interviews, Zoom Workspace gives us options. We can record the current speaker, the gallery view, or the shared screen on their own. This is better than Skype because it just saves one video. After the event, our film editors can do a lot more with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I can record things in my area. The easiest way to record is to do it straight on my computer. The quality doesn't depend on how fast my internet is during the call. It's quite useful to have a separate file for each person who is talking when you edit audio. Also, the cloud recording player is great since it enables users watch things at double the normal pace to save time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If your computer crashes during the meeting, you won't be able to keep local records on it. They can edit the file. It takes a long time to update the recording after the meeting on PCs that are slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

fantastic for those that write and do interviews. The nicest part is that you can record more than one audio track. It makes Zoom more than simply a way to speak; it also helps you make stuff.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom Workplace is superior at making plans. The Chrome plugin enables me turn any Google Calendar request into a Zoom meeting with just one click. This is a lot faster than copying and pasting links by hand. It works well with different time zones, so I never miss a meeting with coworkers from distant countries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The personal meeting ID (PMI) is great. It's fantastic that I can share a link with my close coworkers that is constantly on so we can talk quickly. It's fantastic because you can also customize how the waiting room looks. I can put my badge on so folks know they're in the correct spot. The "upcoming meetings" column in the app is where I keep track of what I need to do every day. I just have to click "join" to get into the meeting. Easy to use and works nicely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Outlook plug-in disconnects every now and then, and I have to log in again. It's not a significant deal, but it makes it hard for me to do my work when I need to send a quick request.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This book is for executive assistants and anyone else who needs to keep track of a busy schedule. Integration with email and calendar systems that works well avoids people from making mistakes when they plan things. It hides the details of how to organize a meeting.
