It is excellent tor hybrid and remote team work making it easy for distributed teams to stay in sync

Occasion performance bugs in specific features like recording trim through core video reliability is generally strong.

You cannot monitor all breakout rooms simultaneously.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
In Zoom Workplace, things don't seem to be stuck. They continually introducing new features, such as the AI companion, clips, and planner. Compared to prior systems, Zoom feels new and different. They read what people say and correct items that aren't working right.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The new "notes" option in Zoom is cool; it's like a Google Doc. We can set up a time and make notes without leaving the window. It's nice that the UI has changed to seem more modern and operate better in dark mode. "Focus mode" is another way to cut down on distractions during discussions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Things change places, and I can't always find them. You have to retrain how to utilize the menu when there are large upgrades.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Companies who are interested in technology should use it. If you want a platform that is continually getting better and delivering you more for your money, Zoom Workspace is the perfect choice. They are aiming to do things that a meeting tool has never done before.
