What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Previously I have used Microsoft team, Google Meet, Skype, and many different products the best thing about zoom is that it supports remote access and access control.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The wide range of features that zoom offers from virtual calling to remote access, screen sharing whiteboard, chats, recording, waiting area, Qna and much more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about this product but only one major issue with zoom is when we open the zoom link it takes lot of time to navigate to the zoom app from the browser.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think is the best option in the market. It doesn't only have everything but is also very seamless. From my experience, this is the one that most people have learned to use. So when you are working with others who may have a lower digital literacy level I would go with this one for sure.
