What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Now communications are easy and simple, being able to share screen and documents is something that zoom allows you to do. I have been able to create live and private chat, with your work team you can hold discussions and forums, it has user management, content, documents, files, etc., you can record screen and record video calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is a communication software that allows you to make your calls and conferences with more than ninety people at the same time and see face to face with up to 15 people, the video and audio quality is excellent, it is one of the tools with the best quality is Zoom, has tools such as sending messages, privately or in a group chat. Another of its characteristics is that you can record video calls and record screen, it has a great integration of third parties, whiteboard and event scheduling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is impossible for me to dislike something because it is a software that works quite well and is extremely easy to use, you do not need higher education so that you can use it, it is used to use it both personally and to talk with your friends and family and to use it for your work, conferences and video calls with your employees.

Zoom is great for personal use, it is perfectly suited to every occasion, it is easy to use and the quality is excellent.

Zoom had the feature of remote access during the meeting it is an awesome feature. Limitation needs to remove for the people to join the meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can be run on the low internet also. The screen sharing feature is awesome with the audio. Record feature for the host. The host can give the host control to others. The waiting room feature is good. One-click mutes and unmute for all the attendees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a limitation of 40 minutes for the meeting after that. Need application for joining in the meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to recommend for use it for the organization and it has many features for the host and also for the user. Recording meetings can be useful for future reference.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Like in zoom we can get the long frame of 60 participants this thing differentiates from the other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that in zoom we can connect the 500 participants while in other we cannot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My Dislike about this product is: 1. Recording of meeting conversion takes long time. 2. Recoding takes space in PC .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommendations are like 1. Save the recoding meeting direct to any of the cloud service, so that we can save the time of clients & share the video through one link. 2. Please add the meeting recoding also in mobile app.
