What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
For as long as I can remember, I've used almost all of the video conferencing softwares in the industry, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. What I believe makes the difference with zoom is the ease of setup, the large bandwidth and focus on quality communications and best of all, global compatibility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I absolutely love the screen sharing features but also how easy it is for the new users to install and use Zoom. This has been a key factor, as many of our clients have never used a conferencing software. I also love the browser conferencing features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not a dislike as such, but some additional rewards and promotional offers would be most welcome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a solutions that will not slow down your device, and at the same time provide high quality meetings, Zoom is the right tools.

The ease of use such that one does not require a learning curve to use Zoom

The screen sharing makes presentations a smooth ride
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing is a bit restrictive on the monthly subscriptions for those of us who just want to have one meeting in a month

A yearly subscription gives more value for money
