It features recording capability where it is able to record high-quality recordings in MP4 and MP4A formats. It has a cross compatibility ability whereby on any device or operating system the experience and the interface is the same.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be heavy on the processor during video communications so it requires powerful device.

The contact support has been very helpful and knowledgeable of any issue I faced on my first time so I would recommend anyone to try this product there won't be any issue to be faced that can't be be resolved.

Zoom is so easy to use and it's FREE for 40 minutes. This has been a great way for us to see our grandchildren during the pandemic You don't need a program or specific type of account to use. Just need a link and a passcode good view of all participants while the free account is limited in features, it does provide a good starting place for video conferencing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom allows our users to make live calls to coordinate meetings and even negotiations with our customers, its connection management system ensures a secure environment with a fairly fresh interface, which promotes interest in the topic under consideration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we have had to try to connect many times, there is a kind of bug when connecting in the calls that took us out, however, we have not received any response in this regard, extremely useful tool that should be improving over time.

Zoom is an excellent tool for the development of videoconferences or seminars, in our case we use it to carry out constant training of our employees, through seminars that promote the productivity of the company and it has given us very good results.

Other technical problems other than internet connection may also cause disruption of education.
