What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom workplace has advanced aspects post-meet productivity as compared to google meet. the reason it is a better service is because of automatic meeting summaries. i am like not even taking notes anymore because the ai does it for me and gives action items. it saves me a minimum of three hours of extra admin work in a week. it’s the best because it can understand context.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The whole "clips" part—I really like that. rather than schedule a 15 minute meeting for a quick update, i just use it to record a short screen capture video and send it off to the team. they can view it at their convenience and comment. it’s also nice that the calendar is built into the main view now, so i can always see my day even without having a browser open.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the UI is becoming a bit cluttered. and since they added so many tabs (mail, chat and phone) it can require an extra click or two to find the settings i want.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is a massive time saver. I recommend it to anyone who feels like they’re drowning in meetings and needs a better way to stay organized.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Why this is the best: good old reliability. it's better than every other tool i've found to date because in two years, i don't think i've ever had an outright "connection failed". in a professional environment that consistency is more valuable than any cool new feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how the ui remains consistent even as they build on top of things. the join button is always in the same place and settings are easy to navigate. the noise reduction is the best i have ever noticed and it even blocks out my bellow mechanical keyboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The “apps” marketplace can be hot or miss - some of the integrations are brilliant, some feel like they haven’t been updated in years and probably don’t work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you just want a pair of shoes that your not gonna have to notice and won't let you down in a meeting these are it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

its the best one cause there is almost now learning curve. i share a link with a client who has never used it and they are in the meeting with one click. because it is superior to other similar tools that need an account to be created entirely or work in a certain browser.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i do love how the basic controls are always there now. the new streamlined toolbar makes it far more difficult to accidentally stay on mute while you are trying to speak. also damn aired, the "mark all as read"feature in chat is a small thing I use quite frequently for my own sanity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it still crashes infrequently when attempting to share my screen with running high resource using software on the background. not that it happen much but its annoying when it does.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is the best option for anyone working with external customers requiring a platform that "just works" for all parties.
