Best feature about zoom is it allows to share multiple screens at a time which other softwares don't allow.

Favourite aspect of this product is it generates AI summary of the meeting which is really helpful to review after the meeting.

Zoom could improve it's features to interact during meeting by giving multiple options to interact.
