crisp and clear video even with low bandwidth works on desktop, mobile, and web The AI can summarize meetings, catch you up on chat threads you missed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is user‑friendly, making it simple to join and host meetings It delivers consistent, high‑quality video, even on weaker connections Compatible with desktop, mobile, and web environments
What do you dislike most about this product?
The 40 minute time cap on group meetings for the free plan can be a significant drawback for users needing longer collaboration sessions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before you hit the "Join" button, open the main Zoom app and familiarize yourself with some functionalities like mute button, camera button If you are using the paid service, make sure you activate and use the built-in AI

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
To be fair, I think it's in the branding. It's much more official in my opinion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can attach my Notetaker and live meetings while recording is most times flawless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's quite an heavy application, I mean it occupies memory space.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is reliable and you get great value for your money.
