What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom Phone has a one-click option to elevate calls to meetings and built-in recording features, and it allows me to choose which name or number gets displayed for the receiver of my call using the Caller ID function

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use the call delegation via a shared line apperance functionality to assign auto attendants to handle calls on my behalf

What do you dislike most about this product?

Switching between two separate, simultaneous Zoom Phone calls or meetings can cause the call to disconnect if the internet connection is not strong

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the Zoom Phone's great portfolio of features and move Voice to the cloud in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible

My favorite aspect about Zoom Phone is that it is very easy to use at a low price.

The quality we get from Zoom phone is more than enough to not have anything to dislike about it.

I recommend using Zoom as a unified communication tool due to its stability and reliability.
