A factor that makes this service ideal for people from different countries to use are the different languages that this platform integrates with, compared to other services Zoho Meeting is a completely universal platform, its integration of emails to calendars is an excellent functionality of this platform, since it integrates with ZohoMail, Gmail, Outlook, among others, meetings can be added to the schedule of its users from meeting invitation messages with a couple of clicks, in general this service has great potential to meet the needs of its users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I believe that the only disadvantage that this service has is its support team, since it is very deficient and when there are problems with the operation of this software they do not provide solid answers to help their users solve the problem, this is really something urgent that has to be corrected to prevent their users from having unpleasant experiences with this service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I work with the Zoho Meeting service to hold meetings with my team at the company where I currently work. I must say that I feel very comfortable using this service to hold my business meetings because of the high quality and comfort it offers, as it really is an excellent service. One factor that influenced a lot to make this platform an ideal service for me is its wide capacity to connect people in a single meeting.

Is a platform that allows you to make video conferences, meetings, chat, messaging through the network in an easy and simple, bringing various tools that make it special for companies and work organizations, unlike the others is imperative, and special.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because I can have 20 members of my marketing group, and work with them online, I can send my marketing, purchase and sales reports everything related to my work in an easy and simple way, their board is quite friendly and their technical support solves any situation you have to solve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The last version that is found of the application is very limited, it is blocked constantly this happens in my android phone, I have also tried to uninstall it but it does not let me, the phones that it has for VoIP are very limited, reason why they should review this option to improve it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very easy to install, is easy to access and has a very economical cost, for all the features it offers to its users, very easy to use and its technical service is willing to solve any situation or problem with the program, I can not complain are pretty good at their job

I personally love holding meetings with Zoho Meeting with my team, because it is a very powerful and easy to use platform for setting up meetings via the web, the simplicity and functionality of this service are factors that provide a lot of satisfaction. Their definition of audio and video are completely professional to make a high quality meeting, the first day I tried Zoho Meeting I was very surprised because the progress you get when making a meeting with teams or clients, its integration with widgets and integrated calendars works excellently, its options that allow meeting hosts to make from surveys, questions and answers are excellent to reach a conclusion of the topics discussed in the meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My main concern with this software is that there are times when you are in the middle of meetings and the platform has some bugs like audio delay and loss of video quality, in general this can make a very unpleasant experience when being in a meeting, I really think that it is necessary that the developers of this platform take some measures to avoid this failure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend the service offered by Zoho Meeting, because of the many alternatives that exist today it is very unlikely to be able to find one as efficient as this one and at a very low cost. I personally have been working with this platform since 2018 and the number of meetings and webinars that I have done with this service have been many.
