What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Optimize your lead nurturing process and get the most out of every lead you onboard. Trigger instant actions, stay informed about activities and track them more completely with workflows. Track key performance indicators, including future forecasts and current trends.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Better integration with Zoho Finance Suite. Lots of small issues here and I feel they have room for lots of improvements. Have to edit the record to regenerate the formula. Example: age field will not update automatically unless you edit and save the record. The module is not customizable through yourself, need customer support. Pricing and login that always requires a cell phone number are inconvenient and sometimes support is delayed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Provides you with advanced deal and prospect forecasting so you can identify those who are likely to convert and ultimately close more deals. Every time your team follows up on a lead or updates a pitch, a lot of manual work is required. Learn how to get these tasks done faster using workflows.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is very intuitive and has a greatly designed UI/UX with a very good front end display. The easy to use functionalities makes it simple for companies to onboard onto Zoho CRM in a very short time span, after which customer journey improves drastically, and you have more happy customers and very few disgruntled ones. Zoho CRM has superb integration features through which you can continue to use all other business software along with Zoho CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the user interface and experience of Zoho CRM. All the menus items are placed neatly in an orderly manner on the front page; hence it is very convenient to find the options you need, unlike other CRMs in which you sometimes have to dive in to open up the link to a feature. Other great features are as follows:- Live Chat Feature for website visitors, The Ability to build custom apps, Sales and Deals Funnel tracking and Leads capture through form builder.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If your business does not have the budget to spend on a CRM solution, then I would not immediately recommend Zoho as the free version has minimal features, like Sales funnel, Deals funnel, etc. And the limited number of users that can access the platform. Also easy accessible Product demonstration videos need to be available with each feature for new users and reduce the number of apps by consolidating, as a new user is suddenly overwhelmed with the large number of apps at different URLs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your business is willing to invest money for a CRM platform, then look nowhere else and definitely register your users onto Zoho CRM platform. You can organize the Leads in an orderly manner, pursue the hot leads to convert them into deals, and make sure you are not missing any sales channel.

Great dashboards and reporting. Integration with other tools and applications is easy. Automation of workflow and mail logs.

Highly flexible and scalable. Easy to deploy across different departments. Highly innovative.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Improvement in customer support services. Improvement in mobile application service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho is really innovative and good company which focus on self improvement. We're quite happy to be a part of Zoho and because of add some development values to the system with our requests and recommendations.I just recommend to improve some of support processes.
